Loot tables

I propose a drastic change in loot tables (creates, barrels, locker create,, Heavy scientist)

First and foremost - Loot from Heavy scientist on Large/Small Oil should NOT have a M249s in them that gun should be exclusive to "Launch Side + Patrol helicopter + Nightmare Raids"
Reason being is that it will bring more people for Bradley and patrol counters/takes and it will prevent people from having it after doin ONE oil rig less then a hour into Wipe.

Second - Broun creates, they have a insane amount of loot in them for absolutely no reason what so ever (sometimes up to 5-6 items per create) , they even spawn sometimes with Rifle body's, CCTVs, Targeting computers, those item should be exclusive to Military, Elite and Locked creates, bcos right now if people don't need cards there is no reason for them to run any monuments for components what so ever.

Thirdly - Locked create, I only have one think to would need to be removed from them and that is the M249, again should be exclusive to "Launch Side + Patrol helicopter + Nightmare Raids"

Fifth - barrels, Please remove Rifle body's from them, there is absolutely no reason for them to be there.
