New Industrial DLC Items can't be locked

Sent ticket in previously.  All of them can't be locked. and are currently unstackable (assuming this is all plugin related).  This goes for the barrels, furnaces, etc.

the locks have been enabled, forgot to enable them after update. will look into the stacking
