Outpost Vending machine problem

Recently there was a push back from admins about people hording vending machines in Outpost, in relation to that they added a feature that FORCES u to click a box confirming u are not a BOT.
That change did not help what so ever, it in fact made the issue even worst, now people have to stand next to vending machines 10x longer and keep confirming "I'm not a bot" box resulting in MUCH MUCH more time spend in outpost.
There are multiple choices that can fix this.
1- Remove the Vending all together so people cannot trade ( Very bad ) 
2- Reduce the restock / buy or sell amount back to Vanilla ( Mid ) - This will result in players loosing interest in OP all together rendering it useless.
3- UP the restock / buy or sell amount by a significant amount so that players don't have to spend more then 5-15 minutes in outpost trading stuff. ( Decent ) 
4- Remove the Limits all together, meaning that players will spend less then 5 minutes in Outpost buying/selling stuff. ( Mixed ) 

And of course remove the useless "I'm not a bot" box, which was a really hasty and bad decision that in the end did not help anyone and inconvenience everyone.
